Greetings all,
I just wanted to clarify something about Seraphiel's Citadel. It is in the Decimus Nocturne area, but it is not anywhere near the land itself. It is located some 10,000 or so feet -above- the area. In other words, you cannot really see it from the land with the naked eye. Unless you are especially gifted in any sort of senses (mostly sight or auras), there is a good chance you wont be able to see it.
As far as reaching it goes, the only means of getting to the citadel is either by some form of flying, levitation, or teleportation. Also keep in mind that the castle is not completely defenseless. Seraphiel has set up various safeguards against possible intruders, including crystal golems, traps which are designed to either capture intruders or drop them into the skies below, and perhaps other defenses which I may reveal in the event of a future invasion.
