Though the sign over the gates says it is a dungeon, it is not any longer. It is now a dark tavern for those in despair to drown in alcohol instead of their sorrow.

Board Description
Decimus Nocturne
Perpetually dark and mysterious, those who desire to adorn themselves in shadow tend to lurk here. Though it may sound frightful it is just a city like every other, but with those aforementioned differences. It is not entirely sunless, but it is more prone to rain here than any other location in the world of Vaenon, making for a gloomy atmosphere. At the northernmost point of the city is the ocean Obsidian, which can also be noted for its mysterious waters. Those with a warm heart might find that traveling here will lead to only corruption, as a life in the shadow can only lead to infinite melancholy.
