Not even havoc could describe the utter chaos that had taken over Arkazan. Everywhere, griffons battled Seraphiel's followers and the tides turned over and over. Houses were burning, griffons slain and bleeding on the streets as well as the followers that were unable to survive. Several of those who had devoted themselves to Seraphiel were gone...out like a candle...out of existence. Shadowy creatures ran the streets, red eyes in faceless bodies attacking the griffons and being equally slain. And still...though they seemed only shadows, blood dripped from their jaws and spilled from their bodies as they fell. A strange sight also took place in the capital...griffon riders struggled as shadows were pulled over their eyes; they were now blind to the world around them. Many of the riders, though, had found how to rid themselves of this impairment. Shame that shadows did not exist so well under water. So much devastation took place here... Battle raged, and one building in particular was being fought for.
The Assembly doors were busted down, in the doorway a shadow lurking in the great shape of a dragon. But it was not just a shadow. Merely moments before, the dragon had torn the wing from a griffon and breathed green-yellow fire through the night. Holly was not a dragoon...nor human...nor entirely an anthromorph. She was a breed of her own.
In a simple motion, she walked as a girl once more. She was small...a mere teenager. Black hair was hid with a black hood, her strange hazel gaze glaring out into the room. As expected, griffon riders were inside and once more the battle became violent. But Holly let the other followers handle this...she was looking for one woman in particular. The leader of Arkazan...Lady Lasair.
Holly's gaze darkened, the silver necklace she wore glittering in the faint light of the moon. A gift from Seraphiel...that did many wonderful things. Holly smiled a child's smile and looked about the room. Where could the woman be...Holly could only wait in anticipation to slaughter the Lady's griffon.
A crack sounded as a building nearby collapsed from the flames that devoured it. Holly laughed then...and how strange it must have been that a mere child led a battle that was destroying a city. All around her, the shadowy hounds prowled and waited for a sign to attack. The shadows had come alive and were finally trying to take over.
Who would win? It was unclear. The griffon riders fought with a fire in their spirits, the beaten followers falling to the talons of their enemy's steed. It was too hard to tell who would win here...so much had yet to happen...and yet Holly hoped that so much would.

Being also a lead in this act, but remaining in the distance, Omio was out of sight. But it was sure that he would not remain out of mind. He was holding about 3 dozen comets, and another dozen fireballs. He was waiting for Holly to leave. He couldn't hurl the gigantic mess yet - otherwise, he would squash Holly. His telepathy couldn't reach Holly, but he could still sense she was within the village area - though the flames of war were still burning blue.
When he thought that everything was fine, an arrow narrowly missed him, and his concentration went with it. Apart from losing concentration, 2 comets crashed into the town. The rest he kept a hold on, but those 2 fell because he lost his concentration. The destruction was even more widespread. But he could still sense Holly.
I can't keep a hold on these heavy things forever! Holly, could you please make haste?

Sitting softly Gennosuke sighed he had been awoke by screaming these where dark times indeed standing he grabbed his robe, he had decided to stay for a short while he had been in negotiations with Lasair and it seemed he was going to have to help defend her city he heard a familiar voice inside his very soul it burned with hatred and its voice was like poison to the ears
“This demons a cheeky sod he sends all the wretches to do his work I say you let me out and we have a blood bath”
sighing softly he grabbed both his swords and exited, the demon knew better then to assume he would let him free, stepping outside he saw what only can be described as demon spawn he signed and held the handle of his blade and before the demons could reach him was behind them sword draw and walking away as they turned to follow him they began to disintegrate as if cut a thousand times, as he walked forward he raised his second blade this time a beam of energy erupted and destroyed all evil in its path leaving the griffin riders un touched as he made his path toward lasair’s house. As he drew closer still walking as if this battle was nothing but a normal day he looked and sensed two distinctive people not mere puppet monsters but followers nether the less. He held out senbonzaki and said
“All who stand in the way of peace shall be cut down by my sword.”
then the blade began to fall to cherry blossoms and head strait up into the air and aiminghis second blade toward the female heading his way, with out warning he fired the blast at her maybe after he defeated these two he would punish there master for breaking the hard fault peace.
As he waited for her reaction the cherry blossoms that where once his blade soared up toward someone who assumed they could be hidden to a samurai that had dwelt on the earth for 248 years they where about to find him a harder target then mere griffin riders And as most headed toward the human mage the rest soared high slicing a path threw the sky destroying all the threats the mage had hovering and then down toward the mage. it was time to teach these children who was in command.
(wahoo my first post in ages)

It was seemingly blatent that the blast came from a Samurai, all-right... considering what it was... Fun... Holly, I hope you can get out of there quickly... He had to break the link to the meteors and comets to put up a force wall. A reflective one at that. After putting up the wall, the somewhat gigantic blast was merely bounced skyward and out of harm's way for him. Sadly, a bird in mid-flight fell in the aftermath of the little episode. Since he broke the link to all of the comets and meteors, he decided to re-align them. Target: Samurai who tried to shred his robe. "You'd best have a defense against THIS." The flames or war were still burning bright as day. It was just odd that no Griffons had gone after him. Something is up here... This is going WAY too easily. He was also as noticable as night. Sheer black could be noticed easily on grass & dirt. ((This is also short. I hate school. -_-'))

(Okay, just to get an order going- After my post, Gennosuke may post, followed by Omio, and then me again and etc. Also, I swear I'm not trying to be a jerk or bossy...please just make sure that you read through your post and look for grammatical errors. Sometimes sentences are hard to read without punctuation...
Also, just to clarify, Holly isn't with Omio. She's in the Assembly and he's outside.)
Holly's eyes had darkened in the last few moments. Something was not right and the shadows flickered and flashed like lightning. What was this threat? What made the darkness angry and the hounds at her sides bare their fangs? Holly was about to find out, her dark cloak pulled around her face. She left the great room she was in, her shape falling and blending into the shadow. She now slipped through the building, passing by the chaos that happened around her without being spotted. Something was outside....
She was watching within moments, still masked by the dark. The sun was setting...the perfect time for her to do her worst. In her hazel line of sight, a samurai fought Omio with petals and swords. Holly smiled slightly. A challenge. How exciting...
Of course by now he would have felt her presence. She knew this was true when he shot a blast of light her way. With the agile ability of a cat she sprang away from the attack. Her shape reformed and took the appearance of a dragon, pitch black and transparent with strange blue-green eyes looking out through a faceless head. What must have been her jaws parted, green flames pouring from her mouth toward the samurai who attacked them so boldly. For one...he was outnumbered. And second...he was facing two beings whose power together was stronger than his own, no matter how he argued with himself.
And Holly was clever. While she breathed flames from a dragon's body, shadowy hounds were invisible to anyone searching for them. Only their shapes could be seen, flat to the ground and stretched. Blows to them would be blows to the earth itself. One of the shadows suddenly had been given life, pulling up out of the ground with crimson eyes gleaming. The few hounds that remained by Holly's side dashed to their companion and surrounded him, their silver fangs glinting as they attempted to maul him. On one hand, the samurai would be fighting to dodge Omio's comets. On another he would be having to escape the unforgiving jaws of hounds that were created to kill. And lastly, he would be needing to flee from the fire of a shadow-dragon.
It was not this man's lucky day. He had upset two very powerful people, both not to be judged by their outward appearance. After all, this small girl and fragile man had been the ones to lead the take-over of Arkazan.

As Tenzen sat in he pale light of a few lit candles his reflection seeming to dance to the candle light. He raised the small china cup and softy smelled the aroma of his honey tea taking in its unique smell he smiled a good cup of tea was always a good thing although it was honourable to fight for his shogun and his country; he shore did love a good cup of tea. The tea was a gateway to the serenity of his soul although it seemed rather small in comparison to the world’s worries it was in truth a moment of peace before the coming storms.
As he sipped softy his mind softly wondered to his beloved garden in Terrayama and the afternoon’s in the pale sinking sun reflecting on the calmness of the world, the soft chimes of his wind chimes blowing in the most softest of gales. As he sat alone he preferred the peace of being alone only with the company of his neatly pruned banzai trees and the wind he was born too.
As he’s mind rushed to the present brought forth by the screams of innocents he rose slowly calling his blade to him and it came calmly carried by the wind. Then it came shadow and fang, an apparition of madness brought forth to this world to harm the innocence of justice. But his face remained stoic and calm this creature was nothing compared to the mastery he commanded with in the space of a second he threw the cup from his hand and moved forward with the speed of mightiest of gales the creature swatting the cup a side with claws made a fatal mistake and for his incompetence he felt the wrath of zengetzu the wind blade. As the monsters head slit in two he kicked it of his sword and headed toward the other 7 samurai that had accompanied him and the shogun. as he walked threw the burning corridors he saw his fellow samurai all holding there own against the foul beasts that stood in there paths to there lord, then an eruption of brick gave way to the breaking of bone and then came the form of Mataki he had assumed his granite skin form and he was like a living juggernaut as he turned he smiled to Tenzen and carried on walking threw the hole he had made. Smiling softly Tenzen said
“Now this is not very diplomatic people how would the shogun feel if he saw you all”
Taking a deep sigh and softy laughing he then said
“Are lord shogun negotiates it may be aggressively but at least he negotiates”
turning left he sliced another beast asunder he then thought of his lord and the fact he was not here meant he was probably in the most dangerous situation the city had to offer at this time. He then shouted
“Where is the shogun?”
The others all kept silent it seemed as usually the shogun had slipped away. As the samurais finished there battles with the shadow creatures, they reformed on Tenzen and he turned to Mataki and said
“Find Lasair if she falls the shogun will not be happy, ill find him you take the men and find her.”
He then turned to an open window softy leaping to the liege of the window and then again to the roof of the building and then began his search for his lord.

Looking toward the closest enemy the girl, he simply began walking towards her, a stoic look once more upon his face. Sensing the comets and meteors flying toward him he simply continued walking and the cheery petals covered the sky like a blanket to protect him, whilst he pointed and fired another blast, this time at the fire heading his way for the girl. As the two blasts met it created a maelstrom of debris and fire, simply using his superior speed he seemed to effortlessly dodge all the fragments and watched as the hounds once more was blown away by the blast, such weak creatures they were.
While he continued forward he looked at the dragon the girl had become, he had seen bigger in the past and they didn’t measure up to him, then the last time had been a long time ago and that was another tale, for now he wished to know why these two had seen fit to disturb his sleep with murderous intent. He then held Seronzuki and could feel the demons hated bubbling inside he simple ignored it he was the master. After all the demon was only merely helpful at times because if he died they both did, looking at the dragon he said in an emotionless tone
“I am shogun Azuki, Why do you disturb peace?”
And with that he stopped still waiting for a response his face cold and distant the soft flames lighting his pale face, as he stood still he watched the petals return to its blade form. So much for negotiations with the griffin riders, it seemed that war had come to them, he hoped Lasair was safe. Then again with his own guard and the rider’s royal guard he was sure she was after all. I seemed the real threat was these 2 and they had picked the wrong opponent.

===OOC=== (*puts on the official Arie interfering face*) Uhm... I don't think that was interfering... Oh, and Leon, I don't think I created new ones - If I did, then I didn't know of it, and charry must've been sneaked one on me. Omio: heheheh... Me: What's the laugh about, you pointless fool? ===/OOC=== Omio, having been blasted at, and having his threat removed decided to warp down to the area roughly where Gennosuke previously launched his blast from. But, there was a few things Omio wanted to keep charged. He slipped out a dozen or so scripts - 4 wind, 4 earth, 3 dark, and one Kinetic. That charged up his favourite thunder spell - "Indignation". Strongest of all elemental attack, this one was bound to do harm. Omio finished the spell, and held it charged as he warped roughly to where Gennosuke was when Omio got blasted. Omio's expression changed for a while as he spoke - he was also calm despite it all. "Our proposition would be declined if we were to be peaceful. Hence, the destruction now. We were merely ordered to either recruit, or destroy." His angered expression then reappeared on his face. "Now, face the wrath..." A couple of short bolts of lightning came from his cloak, going into mid-air. "...of Indignation!" He then launched it - about 1 foot behind Gennosuke. It covered a wide area, and if Gennosuke managed to luck out and notice the ground, he could evade it by walking forward. Otherwise, a large explosion of thunder and lightning would engulf the ground. ((Your choice, Leon.))

Holly watched what went on around her, dark hazel eyes brooding as she calculated distances for attacks and further tactics. This shogun was foolish...for one, he merely stood still when unseen creatures lurked about him. As an attack came at her, the fierce dragon slammed both clawed feet on the terrain, launching her form into the air to evade the coming blow. When the danger had passed, leaving only a bloody mark on her side, she once more slammed her weight back on the earth. Though the man before her was a samurai, he had been derived from humans. His two feet would not hold him up from the shake of the ground or the gust of debris and wind that her landing had caused to pummel his way.
Lowering her head, her dark eyes glinting, the dragon parted jaws and roared with her wings outspread. He had injured her and for that he would pay. Green flames spread from her maw, their objective to burn up the lanky samurai before her. Even a jump, roll, or crouch would not be enough to escape the fiery funnel. [<--Hehee! Fiery funnel...that's an alliteration! : D I love my English class... ] His cherry blossoms would burn as would his flesh.
Her tail smashed into a nearby building, the stone crumbling at the impact. Rearing up on both hind-legs, the creature once more slammed into the earth; this time she crushed a man who held a bow and arrow. The point of the arrow could not penetrate her marble-hard scales. With hate-filled eyes, Holly brought up her front foot that dripped with blood and licked it in front of the samurai who by now would be suffering from burns and perhaps would be dead.
"The peace will be once more if you accept him. Seraphiel has come and seeks control of this place. Give it to him, and you will be released from torture. This city is His. We are here to enforce His law. It is time, little samurai, to accept fate."
Several more shadowed hounds rose from the earth, aiming to clamp long fangs on to what was left of this creature. Lasair would soon face the same attack. She would surrender this place or it would be destroyed along with its leader and her griffon. Seraphiel had ordered this, after all. And to Holly, His word was law. That is why she still swung her tail and crushed those who tried to attack or flee from her. Omio's comets, at least the ones that hand landed, had done enough damage as is. This place would die if no one came to its rescue or if the inhabitants did not surrender.

Tenzen continued to make his way around the roof top of the houses of Arkazan with little effort. Now and then some of those dark apparitions that had attacked Tenzen and the other samurai would appear. They had begun to stalk Tenzen not wonting to make there move just yet. Out of the corner of his eye Tenzen could see them and they could see him in return. Just as he was about to jump to the next roof top they attack him. Leaping as one they had made there move to rip Tenzen apart, would this apparition succeed were there predecessors had failed thought Tenzen as a gust of wind picked up the roof tile and went flying into the attacking apparitions. Tenzen made sure that the tile meet there mark, the big roof tile went slamming into the dark creatures impaling them in the head. Tenzen did not stop he continued to keep moving he had to fined his lord shogun.
Tenzen stopped and looked down he was standing on the nearby building that over looked the house hold of Lady Lasair. Tenzen eyes fell upon the courtyard he could see his lord shogun and one human, a mage Tenzen assumed by the way the lighting came from he. The next being was a dragon no mistaking that, Tenzen had not see a dragon before but he had heard of the dragoons and that some of the anthromorph could begum such things. Tenzen looked back at this lord shogun as all way he looked stoic as all ways. But Tenzen noticed that several dark apparitions’ hounds had appeared behind his lord shogun.
Not waiting any longer Tenzen moved with the speed that only his lord shogun would see and appreciation. In a space of a second the several dark apparitions felt the wrath of his blade zengetzu. With the apparitions dealt with Tenzen stood behind his lord shogun. Tenzen stood in silences for a moment them he began to speck.
“My Lord Shogun. I have found you just in time it would seem”
Tenzen bowed deeply at his lord shogun and then raised his head and continued to speck but this time to the two that stood before them.
“Good evening to you both” Tenzen once more bowed his head this time at the human and the dragon he looked back at them and continued to speck.
“O dear it would seem that you are both committing suicide it would seem yes? And so young as well”
Tenzen sigh deeply what a waste of life the two of them were mere pebbles being threw at a stone wall. Tenzen looked back at his lord shogun then back to the other two.
“You came here to hurt people to destroyer that which is not yours... and here you both are stood before the lord shogun ready to kill your self’s, you are both stupid or very brave indeed”
Anger now crossed his faces as Tenzen drew zengetzu once more. He sighed just one more time then he walked to stand by his lord shogun side.
“You stand before the glorious Gennosuke Azuki lord shogun of Terrayama, stand down or DIE!!!”
With that winds began to howl and blow thou Arkazan. It would seem that as mach as Tenzen looked for a diplomatic view on thing it all way came down to violent.
{Ooc I am sorry it’s a lat post hope you will forgive me}
